What does Frocket® mean?

Frocket® is our registered trademark used to describe a front pocket.

 

 What is Frocket Friday™?

Frocket Friday™ (FF) is a day we encourage everyone to wear their Frocket® gear.

 

How long will it take to ship?

Orders received from the internet are filled within the two days if we have the item in stock. If we do not have your item in stock it may take up to two weeks.

 

How will I know if my shirt is in stock or not?

If you do not receive an email within 2-3 days reporting that your item has shipped from our warehouse there is a good chance your item is on back order. You can email Orders@frocket.com to kindly ask for an ETA or simply request to change your shirt color to one that we have in stock.

 

Can I return?

These are custom shirts, made exclusively for you based on the purchase you made. All sales are final.

 

What if there is a discrepancy on my shipment?

We must be notified of any product discrepancies such as damages, wrong items or missing pieces within 3 business days upon receipt or we will not be able to replace them.

 

 

What if my shirt messes up after one wash?

Included in your package will be care instructions for your shirt. You should follow these instructions! If bleeding occurs you will be asked to submit a picture for review. Once we look the picture over and determine whether you followed the washing instructions properly (as we can tell by the spots that will appear in your shirt) you may then be approved for a replacement. You will need to submit pictures to orders@frocket.com

 

What shipping carrier do you use?

For small orders of 1-3 items we will ship USPS. Large orders will be shipped via UPS.

 

Are you licensed for Greek letters?

Yes!

 

How do I use my Frocket2Me™ gift card?

Gift card codes will be sent to the email provided by the purchaser.

Once you receive you Frocket2Me™ gift card code you will go through the full checkout process, providing shipping and billing information, as normal. On the very last page before you confirm your order, it will ask you if you have a discount code. You will put the provided gift card code in the blank and press ‘apply’ for the amount on the gift card to be deducted from your total.
