We are currently in the process of setting up wholesale ordering through our webpage. All existing customers will be notified when this is up and running.
Can I return?
These are custom shirts, made exclusively for you based on the purchase order you submit. All sales are final.
What if there is a discrepancy on my shipment?
We must be notified of any product discrepancies such as damages, wrong items or missing pieces within 3 business days upon receipt or we will not be able to replace them.
What is the MOQ?
Our minimum opening order requirement is $250 and our reorder minimum is $150.
What is the Lead Time?
Lead time is 2 weeks for in stock colors, for colors that we do not carry lead time will be extended to 3-4 weeks. The colors that we are committed to keeping in stock are listed in the Frocket® customer packet.
What form of payment is accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Check.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Our main shipping carrier is UPS. For smaller back order shipments we use USPS.
What does Frocket mean?
Frocket® is our registered trademark used to describe a front pocket.
What is Frocket Friday™?
Frocket Friday™ (FF) is a day we encourage everyone to wear their Frocket® gear.
What Customization options do you offer?
We offer in-house screen printing, monogramming and embroidery, and are licensed for most Greek trademarked letters. Custom neck labels, logos, or monograms can be placed anywhere on your Frocket®.
Do you offer territory protection?
We currently do not offer territory protection but do our best to advise new customers of other fine retailers that carry our line.
